Little Baby Jesus

Little baby Jesus, born on Christmas Day;

Little baby Jesus, sleeping on the hay.

An angel told the shepherds, “Do not be afraid;

Little baby Jesus is on His bed of hay.”

Many angels joined him, standing in the light;

“Glory to God in the highest.” they said that quiet night.

“Hurry!” said the shepherds, “let us leave our sheep,

And go see baby Jesus.” Sh-h-h! He’s fast asleep.
